Blogging Out Loud NOW!
We launch Blogging Out Loud NOW! in September. In today’s world, trying to “optimize our impact” is becoming evermore challenging. Politics, a pandemic, and racial/social unrest deserve our attention but there is so much. This blog will wrestle with fear, courage, inspiration and finding our voices through shared narratives of social justice issues and its impact on who we are as leaders. As Maya Angelou wrote, “A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song.” This blog will be our “out loud” song as we navigate through these issues and find new ways to lead.
